Great customer service

I wanted to love this pillow but it doesn’t work for me. Im giving 5 stars because customer service was great and quick to respond . I’m a side/ stomach sleeper and started with the smaller size recommended for my height but I was on the cusp. Melvin from customer service who was so great and got back to me right away, suggested I size up and sent me larger size. (Also strong smell from pillow with dissipate after a few days)
I have some compression and my arm falls asleep when I’m laying on one side so this does not work for me. I need a little more lift. Very comfortable for back sleeper and works for stomach but if I am mostly a side sleeper. Not sure about refund at this point and may have to keep pillow.

So far so good!

Pillow has nice contoured shape for side and back sleepers. A slight divot in the middle cradles my head and supports my neck. I’ve used other contour pillows in the past that are too contoured and haven’t worked, but this one seems to be just right.

Game Changer

These pillows are extremely comfortable and have helped improve my sleep and my wife's sleep significantly. No more waking up with sore necks either. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend.

Incredible product and even better service

First of all the pillow is revolutionary. I suffered from constant pain and tension in my neck and shoulders every morning and after using this pillow it’s just gone.

Originally I had ordered the original size but after receiving it and realizing the thick size was better for me I reached out to customer service who sent me a new thick pillow free of charge and suggested I gift my original one to someone who could use it, which ended up being my mother.

Delighted with Results

After months of neck pain and years of back pain, with many trials of different pillows, I was sceptical to order yet another pillow online. BUT, I was delighted to find that it only took 2 nights of sleeping on my new Dosaze contour pillow to wake with no neck pain! And that relief has continued. I have been sharing the good news with my physio, my personal trainer, friends, and family.

Relieved a lot of my neck pain and I've tried everything prior to this pillow. Comfortable side sleep and exact balance between firm but not giving me a headache firm. Was skeptical of the price but unfortunately it's completely worth it.

Greatest buy ever

I had lower back surgery in 2011 after a serious motor vehicle accident at work. I have had difficulties sleeping ever since. After a ton of research I decided to try the Dosaze pillow. I have had it for almost a year and it is life changing getting a good sleep starting a few days after I received it. I just bought a second one for my wife. Completely recommend them without hesitation to anyone who will listen to me. Don’t hesitate… an excellent sleep is worth every penny.

Best pillow for cervical nerve pain

I had trouble sleeping tossing and turning with pain in my neck, upper arms and and shoulder blades ( cervical disk Issue). Well, not anymore after using this pillow for just a few days!!! While the standard size is a bit thin it did an incredible job in supporting the back of my neck. I ordered the thicker one for my husband and another one for my sister for Xmas. I just wish i had ordered the thicker one for myself as well. Thank you Dosaze!

Tossing and turning has decreased

I have the pillow which i rave about and was hopeing the mattress topper would be the same. I have to say that I seem to sleep better as a side sleeper, moving from 1 side to the other much less. I have arthritis and Dosaze has been a godsend.

Really helps adjust neck and back!

I deal with chronic illness that sometimes keeps me in bed for days or weeks at a time. My pillows before were way too big and had my spine bent, so I had a lot of back problems that I’m still trying to work out in massage and other physical therapy . But these pillows totally keep your head and spine aligned and they are awesome. Will definitely keep using them!

Excellent Customer Service and a Surprisingly Great Pillow

When I first read reviews of Dosaze I was skeptical at first but figured I would give it a shot because of their 60 day return policy. The shipping came faster than the delivery expectation date which was awesome. During that time it was being shipped, I contacted their customer service for a price adjustment as it went on sale 2 days after the purchase date. I spoke with a representive from Dosaze and they 100% understood the situation and refunded me the difference. 1000%! Best customer service I've experienced in a while. As for the pillow, my wife preferred her goose down pillow as she was a stomach sleeper and needed something on the thin side. As for myself I am typically a back sleeper with side sleeping near the end of my sleep cycle. I was AMAZED of how well the pillow worked for me. The neck support and slight pit in the middle held my neck and head straight throughout the night. The ends of the pillow are slightly higher which held my head upright as I rolled onto my side near the end of my cycle. This pillow was a NIGHT N' DAY difference compared to my previous pillow. No more neck pain when I wake up. I feel fresh and rejuvenated. I love this pillow and glad I purchased it. Keep up the great work DOSAZE! I'm looking forward to your future products :D! Hopefully, we can get the Mattress version in Canada as your American website sells it ;).
