Arthritis in my neck have tried 30 different kinds of pillows this one is great

Excellent pillow

I've struggled with neck issues for many years and am always looking for a great cervical pillow. This is it. I'm a back sleeper, so I can't comment on other sleeping positions, but I have found in the past that some cervical pillows are too tall for me, as a smaller person, so my head would be propped up and my neck out of alignment. I don't have that problem with this pillow, I feel properly aligned and it's firm enough to support without being restrictive. I'm happy with my purchase.

We really enjoy the pillow. The price is at the high end. Hopefully the pillow will last for years.

Love it

The lower loft/ less soft version didn't work for me. Customer service was awesome and got me a firmer, higher loft that's been fantastic. Very happy with the quality and service.

Excellent Customer Service

Ordered 2 Contoured Orthopaedic Pillows, delivery was very quick. Appreciated the trial and return policy as the pillow did not suit us, however customer service offered to send a thicker version of the pillow to see if that would be more suitable. It was awesome. In the end we were able to get an exchange and all was seamless. Best customer service experience.

Excellent product that brings outstanding comfort in your bedroom

Unexpected great service! Extremely prompt support and response when requesting information and details. The product is just PERFECT! You just need to be certain if you need the standard or the thick version. The memory foam is responsive and it is very easy to switch on a side. the contour is very neck friendly!

Took a bit of a while to get used to but I am sleeping great! Customer service is outstanding 😊

Greatest buy ever

I had lower back surgery in 2011 after a serious motor vehicle accident at work. I have had difficulties sleeping ever since. After a ton of research I decided to try the Dosaze pillow. I have had it for almost a year and it is life changing getting a good sleep starting a few days after I received it. I just bought a second one for my wife. Completely recommend them without hesitation to anyone who will listen to me. Don’t hesitate… an excellent sleep is worth every penny.

Best pillow for cervical nerve pain

I had trouble sleeping tossing and turning with pain in my neck, upper arms and and shoulder blades ( cervical disk Issue). Well, not anymore after using this pillow for just a few days!!! While the standard size is a bit thin it did an incredible job in supporting the back of my neck. I ordered the thicker one for my husband and another one for my sister for Xmas. I just wish i had ordered the thicker one for myself as well. Thank you Dosaze!

Tossing and turning has decreased

I have the pillow which i rave about and was hopeing the mattress topper would be the same. I have to say that I seem to sleep better as a side sleeper, moving from 1 side to the other much less. I have arthritis and Dosaze has been a godsend.

Really helps adjust neck and back!

I deal with chronic illness that sometimes keeps me in bed for days or weeks at a time. My pillows before were way too big and had my spine bent, so I had a lot of back problems that I’m still trying to work out in massage and other physical therapy . But these pillows totally keep your head and spine aligned and they are awesome. Will definitely keep using them!

Excellent Customer Service and a Surprisingly Great Pillow

When I first read reviews of Dosaze I was skeptical at first but figured I would give it a shot because of their 60 day return policy. The shipping came faster than the delivery expectation date which was awesome. During that time it was being shipped, I contacted their customer service for a price adjustment as it went on sale 2 days after the purchase date. I spoke with a representive from Dosaze and they 100% understood the situation and refunded me the difference. 1000%! Best customer service I've experienced in a while. As for the pillow, my wife preferred her goose down pillow as she was a stomach sleeper and needed something on the thin side. As for myself I am typically a back sleeper with side sleeping near the end of my sleep cycle. I was AMAZED of how well the pillow worked for me. The neck support and slight pit in the middle held my neck and head straight throughout the night. The ends of the pillow are slightly higher which held my head upright as I rolled onto my side near the end of my cycle. This pillow was a NIGHT N' DAY difference compared to my previous pillow. No more neck pain when I wake up. I feel fresh and rejuvenated. I love this pillow and glad I purchased it. Keep up the great work DOSAZE! I'm looking forward to your future products :D! Hopefully, we can get the Mattress version in Canada as your American website sells it ;).
