We recommend to start that weighted blankets should hover around 10% of your body weight. However, we know some people like their weighted blankets lighter or heavier. If you're unsure, start at 10% or slightly lighter.

  • 8 lbs - kids or lap use
  • 15 lbs - full beds (covers top), throw, smaller adults
  • 20 lbs - queens beds (covers top), full beds (drapes), most adults
  • 30 lbs - shared use, king/queen beds (drapes sides)
