All orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery for FREE (i.e, we do NOT charge for return shipping or restocking). We offer a 60-day night sleep trial on all orders and a 120-night sleep trial on mattresses, so you are welcome to return our products after you have used them.

That's why we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all orders so you can test the pillow in the comfort of your own home and eliminate any doubts you may have. Starting from when you receive your package, you have 60 nights!

If you're not in love with your purchase during this time period, you have the option to return It to us for a full refund. Simply reach out to support@dosaze.com to initiate a return.

Exemptions

  • Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dosaze.com.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
