Invest in a good pillow!! I now can only use this pillow to get a good nights rest, a different pillow wont cut it anymore. It really did help with my neck pain. Im more of a side sleeper than on my back but the dosaze side sleeper pillow allows comfort in every position. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the market for new pillows

It me a night or two to get use to sleeping on my back (always been a side sleeper) but I noticed the pain and tension in my neck subside even on the first night.
