The pillow relieves neck pain in three ways:

(1) The innovative orthopaedic shape keeps your neck and spine aligned, reducing muscle tension and promoting healing from injury and strains.

(2) The high-density memory foam provides the perfect balance of support and comfort, ensuring that your head doesn't dip and become misaligned.

(3) The cooling bamboo cover regulates your temperature. Sleeping at the wrong temperature can contribute to neck pain.

We really paid attention to every detail with our pillow. The innovative contour keeps your head in place, which helps align your neck both horizontally and vertically. Other pillows often only support alignment in one direction.

In addition, we didn't include unsupported "wings" on the side of our pillow like other brands do. Often, these wings are unstable to sleep on.

As a result, other pillow brands only offer usable one height to sleep on (whatever the center of the pillow is). Most people need different pillow heights for different sleep positions. That’s why those designs don’t work well for combination sleepers.

Finally, we used only the highest quality memory foam and bamboo in our product, while others tend to cut corners with recycled or low density foam and polyester covers. Some uncertified foams aren't tested for dangerous chemicals like lead, formaldehyde, and mercury.

Sweet Dreams Are Made With This.

After years of neck pain and countless unpleasant purchases on so called cure all pillows. My wife and I did some research and stumbled upon the Dosaze orthopaedic pillow. It looked and sounded very promising with real people testimonials. So we bit the bullet and purchased a set of Dosaze orthopaedic pillows. After about 3 weeks my wife absolutely loves hers, for the first time in many years she is waking up without neck pains. And is sleeping through the night with less tossing and turning due to discomfort, pain and pillow sweating. She claims that she is waking up feeling more rested and ready to tackle the day. As for myself I have experienced some similar positive results. Including the low contour of the back of the pillow allowing my CPAP nasal pillow mask being able to freely vent co2 from the top of the head vent. However I am also a side sleeper, and when sleeping on my side there simply is not enough thickness to support proper alignment of my neck and head. Causing me to reach for a different pillow during the night and not returning to the Dosaze when I return to sleeping on my back. Because of this I have returned to my old pillow, so in reality I haven’t been able experience the Dosaze full potential and benefits. However there is hope yet because, since our purchase of these pillows a thick version has become available, I wish it was available at the time of our purchase. Unfortunately I am not able to return my pillow because, somehow my daughter ended up with custody of my Dosaze orthopaedic pillow. And sadly like many other families we have been hit hard financially, so purchasing the thick version is currently not in the cards. So for now I am doing without and wishing that I could be dreaming on a Dosaze with alone with my family.

Great sleep, feel truly rested!

My down pillow which has been handed down from my in-law from Poland wore out, and I have been searching for a new one, but never found a satisfactory one even when the review says good things about them. I've struggled to find a good pillow for myself for years.
